The houses form part of phase II of the overall Bridge Point development project which includes a mixed-use arts space, riverside walkway and open landscaped space.

The housing element forms two parts of the scheme - the first element consists of five new riverfront three-storey houses which are link detached at ground floor level. Each property will have parking spaces for several cars, with a ground floor plan consisting of utility space, storerooms, hobby rooms and a lobby. Each property is serviced via a generous stairwell and a three-person lift to each floor.

The design has an angled front elevation in dark stained timber cladding, with a set back recess between each property in brickwork. The set back creates a private recessed roof terrace for each property, as well as a south-facing terrace forming the main living space on the first floor with river views. The houses are designed with an open plan living, kitchen and dining space to maximise the views of the river and natural light.

The second element of the housing project consists of a terrace of three mews houses. Each is three storeys tall, and south facing with river views. The open plan living, kitchen, and dining spaces are on the top floor, with generous roof terraces overlooking the river. The houses have been designed predominantly in brickwork with some timber infill details to give a more industrial feel to the development to suit its context.
